Simutaneous Voltage Sensitive Dye and Intrinsic Optical Imaging
Simultaneous VSD/ISO: The simultaneous voltage sensitive dye (VSD) and intrinsic signal optical imaging of a seizure. The white squire indicates a region of interest (ROI) over the 4-AP injection and local field potential (LFP) recording sides. The left is the VSD imaging of the seizure. The right is the simultaneously recorded intrinsic signal with a separate camera and a large white box indicates the region imaged with VSD. The black trace is the LFP; the blue trace is the VSD recording from the small ROI; the red trace is the intrinsic optical signal from the same ROI. A red vertical bar indicates the timing.
